    And these troublemakers are the ones the Puerto Rico police department is flying in to train their force.

    Having produced training for these devices and their legal use, I feel safe in saying that the police behavior constitutes assault even for a policeman in furtherance of his duty.

    I say show that video every day for a year until something is done.

    And I don’t even like these protestors.

    Does anyone know if the victims received first aid?

      I saw some video of bottled water being poured on some eyes. I don’t think this was the only instance of spray being used. It’s the one that’s gotten the most coverage because it’s all on video.
