Space Shuttle In NYC April 27, 2012

Yes, I saw it!

I happened to be on the right ferry at the right time.

And I have spectacularly awful photos to share!

There it is! Right between the twin towers of the bridge! Can you see it?

Here, let me help you with that:

Another epic shot:

Here, let me help you with that one too because it’s as epic as these damn photos get:

Rather than drive all of you mad with Where’s Waldo?-like photos, I’m just clipping the damn tiny Shuttle out of all of them to show:

You see this building? –

Look:

And:

Look again:

That Tower of Babel is a financial services company. The one-percent got a better view of the Shuttle than anyone else — while in New Jersey!

These so-called photos were taken with a Nikon Coolpix. It’s second only to the Nokia 770 Internet Tablet as the biggest piece of shit tech I’ve ever used. Everyone involved in creating and selling it should disembowel themselves. I look forward to the day when Apple destroys Nikon by having a better and easier-to-use camera in an iPhone or iPod Touch!

  1. Thanks. Appreciate your effort. I would give my left arm to have been in that tower with my camera. Have you heard if it flew by Freedom Tower? I just got back home and feel like I was in prison most of the day.

Yeah, it went up the Hudson to the GW Bridge then circled back to pass by the Statue of Liberty and exit past the bridge it entered by.
