I’m pretty sure my initial thinking was correct about where the API conference room in the AMC-TV series Rubicon is located.
I said here:
And despite the fact there aren’t any blinds there, I think I’m right.
Here I am standing beneath those windows, looking towards what they face:
And here are the windows again, from the opposite side of the street:
And here is a shot of the API building that shows the height of the FDR Drive matches that of the second story:
This is a view through the conference room windows, from episode 10:
And another shot, showing the fluorescent lighting strips and the view through those windows, from episode 7:
And here I think is the final proof, those windows again:
The camera doesn’t pick it up as clearly as I can see it in real-life, but there are fluorescent lighting strips, exactly as the conference room has. Here’s a close-up of one of them:
So, until someone from API tells me differently, that’s where I think the conference room is.
