Occupy Wall Street: Joke Becomes Real

I didn’t create that. I was tweeting something I read in a Comment somewhere. The writer was being facetious and I found it funny too.

Apparently the gorms of Occupy Wall Street think disrupting Black Friday is the next thing to do:

Demonstrators Plan to Occupy Retailers on Black Friday

Some demonstrators are planning to occupy retailers on Black Friday to protest “the business that are in the pockets of Wall Street.”

Organizers are encouraging consumers to either occupy or boycott retailers that are publicly traded, according to the Stop Black Friday website.

One of the stores listed is Toys R Us.

Do they think the one-percent shop there?

I’d like to see how fast they’d get trampled if they dared to blockade parents from going inside to get deals for their children’s presents.

Occupy Grow The Fuck Up.

And with that move, I think Barnes & Noble had better be prepared for an onslaught. And supplies shouldn’t be so limited as to piss off people. That’s just not nice.
