Editor’s Note: Kristine Kathryn Rusch is one of those people in digital publishing that you need to read, no matter whether you are an author, techie, publisher, or what-have-you.
Unfortunately, you cannot read her blog at the moment because her main blog, The Business Rusch, has been hacked. Shit happens, so I didn’t think much of it until one of her other blogs was attacked as well. Both were hacked within hours of posting the following article. It does not appear to have been a coincidence.
I oppose censorship, so as a matter of principle I am reposting the entire post here. Note: I will trim it down to an excerpt on request (or delete it if desired).
