Is Anyone In Charge At Nook Media?

Nook for PC and Nook for Mac Have Returned to B&N’s Website

The thing with B&N is you never can guess what they are thinking. In fact I’m not so sure the higher-ups at B&N even have an idea of what they are doing with the Nook brand from one day to the next.

With less than a week to go before Barnes & Noble (which still includes Nook Media) reports on its last quarter bloodbath, they restore the desktop apps.

While Nathan wonders about the leadership over there, I have a bigger question: Did Microsoft decide not to acquire Nook Media?
