The Tomato T2 is a 1.9GHz 1.8Ghz octa-core Exynos 5410-based Android tablet with a 7.9-inch 1024 x 768 screen, 2GBs of RAM, and 3G capability via Huawei UltraStick.
It’s due to go on sale October 22 in China.

– Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0
– Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4

Slate 8 Pro and Tab Pro 8.4 still leading contenders. Have yet to see the HP in person.
