English-Language Jingdong Site Mis-Lists Onda V975w

Ouch! That’s nothing to do with the Onda V975m, which uses an Amlogic AML-M802 CPU and can’t do Windows!

That’s actually the Onda V975w, as a wrong listing!

Has anyone ordered anything from the English-language JD.com site? How did it go?

  1. Never bought anything from jd, but what site do you buy Chinese tablets from?

I have an X98 3G (I no longer even want because it’s outdated) on its way from OKQI on aliexpress. They seem reputable and aliexpress features them on their home page, while pushing the X98 Air 3G for $199 grand total, for Teclast. They’ve responded to my messages with intelligent answers (but they won’t let me refuse the package because it isn’t their policy to accept non-defective items). And if you buy on Sunday morning @3AM EST using the aliexpress App, you’ll get a $20 DISCOUNT: http://activities.aliexpress.com/ae_weekend_special_offer.php

  3. The XDA people have never graced an Intel tablet, because Intel locks up its stuff quite tightly, in phones and in tablets. It’s a shame really.
