R.I.P. Car Talk Host Tom Magliozzi
‘Car Talk’ Co-Host Tom Magliozzi Dies At 77
Tom Magliozzi, one half of the wisecracking Car Talk duo known as “Click and Clack the Tappet Brothers,” has died after complications from Alzheimer’s Disease. He was 77.

Announced: Pipo W5 Stylus-Enabled Eight-Inch Windows 8.1 Tablet
Details can be seen at the Pipo forum [Google Translate].
1280 x 800 eight-inch screen, Intel Z3735F CPU, 2GBs RAM, 32GBs eMMC storage, 2MP front and 5MP back cameras, 4,500mAh battery. No word on HDMI-out, but there’s a microSD card slot.
This is a lot like the Vido W8S. I shouldn’t be surprised. When one company announces “X” kind of tablet, there will be others following. That’s how the industry in China rolls.
