Onda V919 3G Core-M Compared to Microsoft Surface 3

At IMP3Net [Google Translate].

See the post for the many benchmark comparisons.

Even though this is attributed to “Anonymous” and “Contributors,” it’s clearly Onda-originated marketing material.

And while the Surface 3 is the apparent target in this piece, the real target is the Teclast X98 Pro, which also uses a Cherry Trail CPU — and is far less expensive than the Onda V919 3G Core-M.

After having multiple Chinese tablets (latest is Teclast X98 Air 3G , before that Teclast x80h and ainol tablet) i own Apple ipad air 2. No more cellular disconnects, no more lags, no more thermal throttles. No more problems with updates or support. Only support X98 Air 3G has is from XDA based on some beta releases and bios updates made for one version but not working on another (and they got at least 3-4 versions of X98 Air 3G). Just check the forum.

Chinese engineering is inferior, hence the price. If you want something good you need to pay the price.
