SanDisk Connect Wireless Stick

Hands on: SanDisk Connect Wireless Stick review

No time yet to investigate thoroughly. But I wonder if this would mean an iPad Mini 4 will be in my future. Would it be a good substitute for the lack of microSD card slot?

Video after the break.

Thoughts on this from others very welcome, especially if you’ve had experience with similar devices.

I should note that I don’t intend to do things like highlighting with Google Books PDFs. I’d so screensnaps, such as appear in this post. (Even doing a screenshot on an iPad is easier and more pleasurable than on any Android tablet so far!) So read-only access to such a file is fine.

Techradar speaks of WPA, which is insure. Does the stick not offer WPA2?

  2. Neat! Thanks for alerting me to this post. Looks like the 32GB sells for $40 in the US and CHF60 here in Switzerland. I’m going to get one. Maybe the 64 or 96GB if I can find it. Will let you know.
