I thought it would be interesting to show everyone just how far the Nook Touch has progressed thanks to the XDA Developers forum of rooters and hackers.

It seems Angry Birds has become the Gold Standard for rooting and hacking the Nook Touch. That’s not surprising, since games demand the most of a device. And if a game can run, regular apps should have few problems.
Still, given that everyone was working with eInk, all of this hacking is even more impressive.
