Let me make it clear up front that I don’t want to know what the hell KONY is. I saw some tweets about it weeks ago relating to some scandal and a seeming madman and even that’s more brainspace than I want to give it. If I wanted to know more, I’d go to Wikipedia. So don’t leave Comments trying to show how smart you are. I’m not getting dragged into this other than to note there’s a signage war happening in Manhattan.

Update dotEPUB!

I got caught out this week, with my Bookmarklet no longer working. It turns out there was an update and I didn’t know it.

See how to update it as an Extension for Firefox in this video.

Other people use things that will save a webpage to read later. I like dumping those pages into an ePub file to eventually read later on an eInk or tablet screen.

And oh, if you have a Kindle, it will save in Kindle (MOBI) format too. Now you have no excuse not to get it.

The Search For Etan Patz

A six-year-old child who disappeared thirty-three years ago might have been buried in a nearby basement for all those decades.

Now the grim work of seeing if they should have dug there in the beginning is in progress.
