Verizon turned down iPhone’s advances
Verizon Communications president and chief operating officer Denny Strigl said: “The iPhone product is something we are happy we aren’t the first to market with.”
This post is set to autopublish Tuesday.
During that day, Verizon will launch the iPhone on its network.
It will be interesting to see what kind of bleed-them-dry pricing and stingy data caps Verizon will strangle buyers with.
People might be happy to finally make good voice calls, but what advantage is that if the iPhone is virtually crippled by access to more expensive and far less Internet access than the AT&T version?
Besides, who the hell uses voice these days except in dire emergencies or to inform someone else of a death?
