I have no idea what the “C6J6” means. It’s not possible for me to monitor all forums and I don’t keep up with them. I expect owners of the tablets to do so, to get the fine details.

    C6J6 is the model number printed on the back of the device. Teclast requires to enter this number on their web page to find the correct firmware,
    There is more new development on the chinese forum: a new dual boot Windows/Android firmware will be released in limited numbers to only 30 people. The dual boot, may be not what people expected, because it seems both OS work simultaneously -> possibly Windows is in VM, because they say it cannot play games.
    I really want to try dual boot, but the problem is you need flash a different BIOS for android and windows.There many tutorials on the web how to install Android 4.4 and Windows 8.1 on x86 hardware, but the problem is teclast bios need to be customized.

    I have update x98 to the last firmware but i need to root, do you know how i have to do?
